| What do I need to know about posting my resume in a confidential format? |
Resumes posted in confidential format will not show your name, address or phone number. | What is the difference between a public, private and confidential resume? |
At Logjobs we offer you 3 different modes to set your resume in and they are as follows...
Public: This is our most popular and allows you to not only apply for jobs with one click, but it also allows employers and recruiters to reach you by your contact information. We find that this is the most popular and effective way to display yourself when seeking a new job as it builds instant credibility among many other benefits.
Confidential: This allows you to post your resume while hiding your contact information from prospective employers and recruiters. Employers and recruiters will still be able to contact you this way via email, so we recommend setting up an alternate email address that will not reveal your name/identity while you are using Logjobs or any other career boards.
Private: This options allows you to apply to specific jobs without posting your resume into the database. Your resume will not come up in search results when you use this option and your identity will be protected from all employers and recruiters whose jobs you do not wish to apply to.

|
| What are resume views and how can I increase these? |
Resume views indicate how many times your resume has been seen by prospective employers and recruiters. Having a comprehensive and professional resume will naturally increase not only your views, but also potential employer and recruiter interest. We also encourage you to never allow your resume to appear older than 6 months. Anytime you edit your resume it will update to the day you edited on, giving it a fresh appearance. In the event that you do not have updates to implement, you may also simply refresh your resume via the ‘Refresh your resume now’ link from your signed in job seeker dashboard. This will allow you to keep your resume current looking without making any edits.

| Why isn’t salary information disclosed for all jobs? |

| Does Logjobs ensure that all jobs are posted by reputable companies? |
All of the jobs that we sell are properly vetted and since we have remained small, we are able to determine that all of our jobs are legitimate. Furthermore, you can be rest assured that we would never sell a job posting to a questionable company. In some cases we are not always able to fully vet our partner’s jobs for legitimacy ourselves, but we have been assured that they have a comprehensive process of doing so.
