| How will I be able to see candidates applying to my jobs? |
When you post a job on Logjobs, your account comes with a comprehensive candidate tracking system.You will receive candidates via the Logjobs
system via email notifications and by signing in and viewing them from your account dashboard. The dashboard will showcase the number of color
coded applies next to each job with red indicating you have viewed the candidates and blue indicating they are new or un-viewed candidates. You will
then be able to easily click on the number to view the list of names and thus the full resumes.
You may also post a trackable link to your hiring site. We’ll be able to track candidates that are applying through our system as well as the ones who are
going to your hiring site via your job posting on Logjobs.
What’s more, an account manager from Logjobs will follow up with you periodically to provide you with a customized account stewardship report.

| How do I get my company logo up on Logjobs? |
Once you purchase a job posting with us we include a featured setup standard. This comes included with as little one job posting and is free. The
featured set up includes your company logo on the Logjobs home page as well as a dedicated page for your company’s jobs. This adds a nice level of
additional on-site reach and rich branding. After you set up your account and purchase securely, an Account Executive will be in contact shortly to obtain
your logo for implementation.

Excellent! That’s it, you hired someone and there is no need for any additional fees like some of the other sites charge. All we ask is that you consider

Sure, all you pay for is the services you choose to. Say you buy 1 month of resume access, well you can hire as many people as you would like by using

Absolutely. What’s more, we even have a fancy integration with some partner sites to get you additional off-site reach with your work @ home office jobs.
We’re small, so we’re able to manually take the time to snuff out scam jobs ourselves and delete them, so if you have legit work @ home jobs, you will
not be punished for a few bad apples like the other sites do.

No way!
We want you to get the most out of our resume access service, and we also want our job seekers to get the most out of their Logjobs usage too. It just
wouldn’t make sense to limit the amount of resumes you may view in one day, after all, if you pay for the service you should be able to use it as you see
fit.

Try selecting a category closest to yours. Then if you wouldn’t mind, emailing us and we’ll consider adding your suggestion as a category. You may also
include up to 6 keyword phrases in the job builder which will further help identify your job in a more customized way, by your desired categories.

Yes, after you submit your job, you will be shown a preview of how it looks, also how job seeker’s will see it. You can edit your posting at that point, or at

| How do I create an online job? |
You must first go shopping! Then you will need to register which is quick & easy and only needs to be done once. Complete the registration form, click
submit and you will promptly receive an email notification with instructions to securely submit your payment. Paying will activate your account, enabling
you to immediately start posting your jobs and/or accessing resumes. And remember, our payment processing system has been issued a QuickSSL
certificate to enable server security. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

| Is your job builder easy to use? |
Our job builder is intuitive, quick and easy, and designed to save you time. Once posted, it will also map out to a comprehensive display for job seekers,
navigating you to a successful and informative posting. And while some of your administrative information will be captured in the Job Builder for your
convenience, you may override anything at any time with simple editing. You can paste the text of your job description into the dedicated area of the job
builder for this to save you additional time. Finally, we clearly indicate what is required, recommended and optional along the way so that everything is
logical and crystal clear.
You may clone your job at no charge in the event that you have the same job in multiple locations.
You may also extend and/or re-post your job at any time for the low flat rate of $50.

| Do you offer unlimited job posting packages? |
While you will not see these types of packages available on the site, please contact us about unlimited posting packages or any other types of plans you
might be interested in. An Account Executive will promptly get back to you with whatever package you seek as we’re able to accommodate all sorts of

You may extend your jobs at any point during their run time for an additional 60 days at the low cost of just $50. Your job will extend for 60 days from
beyond the set expiration date.

| How do I contact a candidate who has their resume displayed as Confidential? |
Resumes displayed in confidential format will not show name, address or phone number. Persons presenting a resume in confidential format may be
contacted by email accessible by clicking the email link in the resume.

| What if I forgot my password? |
Under Employer Login, please click "Forgot Password." You will then be prompted to enter your email address and submit, next a temporary password
will be sent to your email address. You will then be prompted to sign back into Logjobs with your temporary password one time with the expressed
purpose of updating to a desired password. Your temporary password is only good once and you must change your password to something you will
remember.

After you submit your job information, you will see your job get listed in a preview screen. While you may edit or clone your job for free at that point, you will
also see a message indicating that it has been successfully posted. You will also receive an email confirmation.

| How do I edit or remove my jobs? |
When you are signed into your account, your active (and in-active) jobs are listed. You active jobs will always have view, edit, clone, refresh and extend
options next to them. You may delete a job by selecting edit, then scrolling to the bottom of the jobs and clicking the delete button.
Your inactive jobs will always have Repost options next to them.
You will always see the view counter and color coded applies next to all of your jobs as well, both active and inactive.

| If I fill my job, then delete it, can I use the time I have left for a new posting? |
The system is not currently set up to automate this, but if you run into the case where you have filled your job quickly and would like to post another one
with the remaining time, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation and likely allow you to do so. Please note: this will be determined on a case
by case basis.
