The Enterprise Asset Management Manager will design and implement solutions that assist clients with improving asset performance, optimizing asset deployment, building superior maintenance operations, and maximizing working capital performance in support of operational reliability and safety. Typical responsibilities for this Manager position are focused on: strategic asset management solutions, maintenance strategies, maintenance planning, scheduling and execution, work order management, spare parts supply and inventory management, production operations, field force enablement, reliability and failure analysis, process control and automation, contractor management, warranty management, capital projects management, and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
. Ability to travel up to 100% is required.
Key Responsibilities: · Supervisory responsibilities, including organizing and leading workshops with client and non-client resources, and directing support personnel with client deliverables · Establishing credibility with clients and developing and managing strategic relationships with key client Executives within the maintenance, IT, and other departments · Assessing client's current IT and business capabilities against industry leading ones and developing roadmap for future capabilities in support of their strategic objectives · Evaluating, recommending, and implementing EAM to support the client's strategic asset management aspirations
Basic Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, Engineering, Maintenance Management, and/or Material Management within a production operations, maintenance management, or engineering environment · Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams with consulting and client company resources · Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and working with a commercial EAM software package · Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills: · 2 or more years of experience working with the following commercially available MRO SW packages (e.g. Maximo, SAP, Infor, Ventyx, Oracle, etc.) · Client relationship management experience · Experience in a lead role in supply chain service operations, maintenance operations, or engineering in a consulting/corporate setting · Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification · MBA degree · Ability to travel up to 100%
